SF Listings Accepting Offers: after a weak start for September due to a late Labor Day, market activity as measured by listings going into contract has soared to its highest level since April’s federal tax-deduction-qualifying crush.

New Listings Coming on Market in San Francisco: the huge surge in new listings that began after Labor Day is leveling off at more normal levels.



SF Home Listings for Sale: inventory is higher than at any time in a long time, the increased number of listings accepting offers being less than the number of new listings hitting the market.
