Last year, the Planning Department created an online site so anyone could look up city-records information by property address: general information, permit history, zoning, complaints, etc. At first, it didn’t seem too robust in the information it had available, but when checked today the permit information was very detailed.

Great information for a homeowner to track their permits, but also if you are looking to buy, we can see that status of permits with the City.
